Tenuta di Valgiano, Palistorti di Valgiano Colline Lucchesi 2013 RED (375ml or 750ml)
Palistorti di Valgiano is a very well made Tuscan blend that carries its quality and finesse in its wine, with longevity showing in its complexity and long finish.
Henri Giraud, Esprit Nature, NV (375ml)
GRAPES - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Light lemon gold color. The nose has touches of peach and pear, vanilla and spices against a background of lemon preserve, which gives it a certain freshness. Almonds, smoke, hazelnuts, spices and dried pears blossom on the palate. Amazing Champagne that captures the essence of Aÿ.
Ayala Champagne (750ml)
Pinot Noir gives this wine richness and a long finish while Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Cotes des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives this wine an appealing fruitiness and roundness.
Couvent des Jacobins, Le Menut des Jacobins, Saint- Emilion Grand Cru 2013 (RED 750ml)
While named after lower ranked monks, don't let the modest etymology of this second wine fool you. It is unquestionably pleasant thanks to a charming nose of fresh red fruits, vanilla, and tobacco. Dense, tender, and greasy on the palate, the flavours are carried along by soft, silky tannins.
Domaine Vincent Delaporte, Sancerre Chavignol 2019 (WHITE 750ML)
A blend from 28 Sauvignon Blanc plots on flint and limestone brings finesse and minerality to the wine. The nose is expressive and complex with rhubarb, blackcurrant, and kiwi notes, while the entry is soft and round. Well balanced and harmonious, it ends with a clean lingering finish.
