Ocho Tequila

Another stellar single estate Tequila from Ocho, this Blanco expression was produced with agave from rancho La Coruña. The rocky agave field is surrounded by pine and fruit trees, which has an impact on the flavour of the agave, so this is a rather green, fruity bottling.

Ocho Reposado

 

 

Yet another single estate Tequila from the Ocho range - this time using agave from Rancho El Bajio. This one is a reposado, so expect a helping of earthy, vanilla-rich oak among the vegetal agave intensity.


Arquitecto Blanco

Delicious Reposado Mezcal from the Ilegal company. It's distilled at Destileria Tlacolula in Oaxaca, Mexico, and is double distilled in copper stills. It's then aged in American oak before bottling

Don Fulano Blanco 

Dynamic unaged tequila from Don Fulano, made with 100% agave grown in Jalisco. Herbal, refreshing and fruity with warming buttery notes throughout.

Pura Sangre Reposado 

Purasangre Reposado Tequila is produced at Tequileña Distillery, NOM 1146, under the watchful eye of legendary Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca. Purasangre translates to
‘thoroughbred’ and is made entirely of Enrique’s own blue agave grown at 5,200 feet. Slow fermentation adds intense aroma to this smooth spirit. Distilled in a stainless steel pot still and rested in oak for a nutty taste. Sip or mix.

Pura Sangre Blanco 
This tequila is produced at the Tequileña Distillery, NOM 1146, under legendary Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca. Purasangre translates to ‘thoroughbred’ and is made entirely of Enrique’s own agave grown at 5,200 feet. Slow fermentation adds aroma to this earthy spirit. Distilled in a stainless pot still, the blanco is medium in body, with notes of pepper, herbs and tropical fruit. Ideal for mixing.

Don Fulano Reposado

The Reposado tequila from artisan distillers Don Fulano is matured for 8 months in French oak barrels before it is bottled. Similar to the Blanco, it's rich and herbal, though the Reposado has developed notes of biter-sweet dark chocolate and warm maple, alongside a general boost in spice intensity.

ArteNOM1414 Reposado
Made by the Vivanco family, legendary agave growers and distillers, using a most traditional method – wild yeast scrapped from the agave plants themselves – and a most unconventional one – classical music played to agitate the yeast during fermentation. A truly unique and honeyed sipping tequila.
