Before you order
How far in advance should I order?
Order at least 3 working days ahead for single gifts. For weddings and corporate orders of 20 boxes or more, allow 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I add my own item to a gift box?
Yes. Send your item to our studio and we will wrap it with the rest of the box. Contact us first so we can reserve a slot.
Do you offer custom branding for corporate gifts?
Yes. We can print your logo on ribbon, cards and box sleeves for orders of 20 boxes or more.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Our boxes and papers are recyclable, and the silk ribbons are made to be kept and reused.
